NOTICE TO BIDDERS SEALED and clearly marked bids will be received at the Wood County Engineer's Office by 4:30 p.m. on May 19, 2026, and opened at the Office of the Montgomery Township Trustees, 1950 Mermill Road, Bradner, Ohio 43406, at 6:30 p.m. on May 19, 2026, for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the: Bays Road Widening Project, Montgomery Township, Wood County, Ohio and at said time and place, shall be publicly opened and read aloud. All Information to Bidders, bidding documents, itemized proposal sheet, surveys, plans, cross sections, and specifications for this project are posted Sentinel Tribune and may be viewed and/or obtained by contacting Sandra Rubel at montgomerytownshipfo@gmail.com and Josh Belknap , PE, PS at jbelknap@woodcountyohio.gov . All waste materials generated from this project must be taken to the Wood County Landfill for disposal. The successful bidder shall be Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) pre-qualified at the time of bidding, at the time of the project award, and through the life of the construction contract.
