LEGAL NOTICE On May 26, 2026 at 5:30 pm, the Board of Township Trustees of Henry Township, Wood County, Ohio will hold a public hearing at 14690 Quarry Road, North Baltimore, Ohio 45872 to consider amending the Village of North Baltimore-Henry Township Joint Economic Development District (“JEDD”) to add land area to the district. This amendment process, to add certain property to the district, is governed by Ohio Revised Code Section 715.72(L), and includes public notice and hearing requirements. The public hearing will allow for public comment concerning the district and its underlying contract. The following documents are on file for public inspection: (1) a copy of the proposed “Amended and Restated” JEDD Agreement; and (2) a description of the area to be added to the district, including a map. These documents may be reviewed in the Township Building, at the same address listed in this notice. #305 - April 25, 2026
