Ordinance No. 9346 as amended by substitution 4-20-26 Passed April 20, 2026 ORDINANCE AMENDING AND ADOPTING CHAPTER 155 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF BOWLING GREEN, OHIO, REGARDING COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT AREAS BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOWLING GREEN, OHIO THAT: SECTION 1: Chapter 155 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Bowling Green, Ohio, regarding Community Reinvestment Areas is amended and adopted to read in accordance with the exhibit attached. SECTION 2: This Ordinance serves as a replacement for Chapter 155 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Bowling Green and supersedes all previous versions and/or sections. SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall take effect at the earliest time permitted by law.
