PUBLIC NOTICE PROGRAMMATIC AGREEMENT UNDER THE NATIONAL HISTORIC PRESERVATION ACT In accordance with 36 CFR 800, Wood County provides public notice and welcomes public comment on a Programmatic Agreement (PA) developed to govern compliance with the National Historic Preservation Act for administration of the following U.S. Housing and Urban Development (HUD) funded Community Planning and Development (CPD) programs subject to 24 CFR Part 58, including but not limited to: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG); HOME Investments Partnership (HOME); Economic Development Initiative (EDI); Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG); Supportive Housing; Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA); Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) grants; and, Any/New Programs announced under CDBG, HOME, and OHTF Programs, and/or other/related federal legislation as amended. The proposed Programmatic Agreement (PA) is available for review and for public comments, accepted in writing by mail or email, at the address below: Wood County Planning Commission Dave Steiner, Director One Courthouse Square, 5th Floor Bowling Green, Ohio 43402 419-354-9128 wsteiner@woodcountyohio.gov Public comments on the proposed PA are due no later than 30 days from the date of this notice. Wood County will provide assistance to persons with disabilities needing interpreters or other auxiliary aids and services to participate in this review.
