Ordinance No. 9331 Passed January 5, 2026 ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE UTILITIES DIRECTOR TO ENTER INTO CONTRACTS WITH NOVOTX FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOWLING GREEN, OHIO THAT: SECTION 1: The Utilities Director is authorized to enter into contracts with Novotx for Elements XS professional services. SECTION 2: This ordinance shall take effect at the earliest time permitted by law.
