ORDINANCE NO. 9332 Passed January 5, 2026 ORDINANCE ACCEPTING DEED FROM BOWLING GREEN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOWLING GREEN, STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: That the deed from Bowling Green Economic Development, for approximately 5.36 acres of property in Wood Bridge Business Park, parcel number B07-511-210000011005, is hereby accepted in substantial accordance with the exhibit attached hereto, and the property dedicated for right of way and all municipal and utility purposes. SECTION 2: This ordinance shall take effect at the earliest time permitted by law.
