ORDINANCE NO. 9333 Passed January 5, 2026 ORDINANCE DEDICATING A PERPETUAL EASEMENT FOR HIGHWAY PURPOSES WITHOUT LIMITATION OF EXISTING ACCESS RIGHTS IN THE NAME AND FOR THE USE OF THE CITY OF BOWLING GREEN, WOOD COUNTY, OHIO BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOWLING GREEN, OHIO THAT: SECTION 1: The City of Bowling Green dedicates an exclusive perpetual easement for public highway and road purposes, all municipal purposes, over, under, across and through, including but not limited to any utility construction, relocation and/or utility maintenance work deemed appropriate by the City of Bowling Green, Wood County, Ohio, its successors and assigns forever and without limitation of existing access rights in the name for the use of City of Bowling Green, Wood County, Ohio. SECTION 2: This 25 foot easement is located on the west side of parcel B08-510-260206019000, and is hereby dedicated in substantial accordance with the exhibit attached hereto and made a part hereof as though fully rewritten herein. SECTION 3: This ordinance shall take effect at the earliest time permitted by law.
