ORDINANCE NO. 9318 as amended by substitution 11-03-25 Passed November 3, 2025 ORDINANCE AMENDING AND ADOPTING SECTION 72.39 REGARDING LOW-SPEED MICROMOBILITY DEVICES OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF BOWLING GREEN, OHIO BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOWLING GREEN, OHIO THAT: SECTION 1: Section 72.39 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Bowling Green, Ohio, regarding Low-Speed Micromobilty Devices, is hereby amended and adopted to read in accordance with the exhibit attached. SECTION 2: This Ordinance serves as a replacement for Section 72.39 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Bowling Green and supersedes all previous versions and/or sections. SECTION 3: All remaining portions of Chapter 72 remain unchanged. SECTION 4: This ordinance shall take effect at the earliest time permitted by law.
