ORDINANCE NO. 9317 Passed November 3,2025 ORDINANCE AMENDING AND ADOPTING CHAPTER 123 REGARDING LOW-SPEED MICROMOBILITY DEVICE SHARED RENTAL PROGRAM OPERATORS OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF BOWLING GREEN, OHIO BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOWLING GREEN, OHIO THAT: SECTION 1: Chapter 123 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Bowling Green, Ohio, regarding Low-Speed Micromobilty Device Shared Rental Program Operators is amended and adopted to read in accordance with the exhibit attached. SECTION 2: This Ordinance serves as a replacement for Chapter 123 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Bowling Green and supersedes all previous versions and/or sections. SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall take effect at the earliest time permitted by law.
