ORDINANCE NO. 9316 Passed November 3, 2025 ORDINANCE AMENDING AND ADOPTING CHANGES TO SECTION 70.35 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF BOWLING GREEN, OHIO, REGARDING ELIGIBILITY FOR POLICE TOW LIST AND ESTABLISHMENT TOW CHARGE RATES BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOWLING GREEN, OHIO THAT: SECTION 1: Section 70.35 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Bowling Green, Ohio, be amended and adopted to read in accordance with the exhibit attached. SECTION 2. This Ordinance serves as a replacement for Section 70.35 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Bowling Green and supersedes all previous versions and/or sections. SECTION 3: All remaining portions of Chapter 70 remain unchanged. SECTION 4: This Ordinance shall take effect at the earliest time permitted by law.
