ORDINANCE 9293 Passed August 4, 2025 ORDINANCE ACCEPTING EASEMENT FROM DANIEL L. AND VICKI L. FROBOSE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 811 S DUNBRIDGE ROAD BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOWLING GREEN, OHIO THAT: SECTION 1: The City of Bowling Green hereby accepts an easement from Daniel L. and Vicki L. Frobose for property located at 311 S. Dunbridge Road. Said Easement is in substantial conformance with the exhibit attached hereto and made a part hereof. Said Easement area shall be dedicated to Right of Way for all municipal purposes. SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall take effect at the earliest time permitted by law.
