LEGAL NOTICE Bids will be received via the Bid Express website at www.bidexpress.com until 2:00 PM on October 30, 2025 , and then publicly opened in the Engineering Conference Room, 127 West Fifth Street, Perrysburg, Ohio 43551 for the furnishing of necessary labor and materials for the following: MUNICIPAL POOL MANAGEMENT AND OPERATIONS Bids must be submitted via Bid Express at www.bidexpress.com using the electronic forms furnished by the City. Paper and fax copies will not be accepted for bid submittal. Free registration with Bid Express will allow a bidder to review and print all project plans. A digital ID along with a per bid fee or monthly subscription will be required for bidders to submit an electronic bid. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the form of a Cashier's Check, Certified Check, or Letter of Credit payable to the City of Perrysburg, Ohio, in an amount equal to five hundred dollars ($500.00) or a Bid Guaranty Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the bid. Prospective bidders may address inquiries to Brian Thomas through the Bid Express website. All inquiries must be submitted no later than 5:00 PM on October 27, 2025. The project is located within the City of Perrysburg corporation limits and is thereby eligible for City Income Tax collection. The City reserves the right reject any and all bids; and reserves the right to accept or reject any and all optional bids offered; and reserves the right to waive any minor informalities or irregularities in the bids received.
