LEGAL NOTICE Bids will be received via the Bid Express website at www.bidexpress.com until 2:00 PM on October 30, 2025 , and then publicly opened in the Engineering Conference Room, 127 West Fifth Street, Perrysburg, Ohio 43551 for the furnishing of: FERROUS CHLORIDE Bids must be submitted via Bid Express at www.bidexpress.com using the electronic forms furnished by the City. Paper and fax copies will not be accepted for bid submittal. Free registration with Bid Express will allow a bidder to review and print all project plans. A digital ID or electronic signature along with a per bid fee or monthly subscription will be required for bidders to submit an electronic bid. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the form of a Certified Check on a solvent bank, money order, irrevocable letter of credit, cashier's check or surety bond payable to the City of Perrysburg, Ohio, in an amount of $1,000. The City reserves the right reject any and all bids; and reserves the right to accept or reject any and all optional bids offered; and reserves the right to waive any minor informalities or irregularities in the bids received. The City reserves the right to enter into contracts with more than one vendor. This will be a three (3) year contract that will be valid from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2028.
