LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT The Board of County Commissioners of Wood County, Ohio, will be accepting sealed bids on October 30th, 2025, at 1:30 p.m. at the Wood County Commissioners' Office, One Courthouse Square, Bowling Green, Ohio, 43402, for cash rental of the following farmland owned by Wood County: ITEM I Approximately 6.5 acres in Parcel R63-510-200000021000 with a south boundary of US Rt 6. Approximately 60.8 acres in Parcel R63-510-200000013000 with a south boundary of US Rt 6. ITEM II Approximately 47.9 acres in Parcel B07-511-290000025500 between Gypsy Lane & Napoleon Roads. Approximately 12.3 acres in Parcel B07-511-320000003000 adjacent to and behind the Wood County Health Department. ITEM II I Approximately 6.3 acres in Parcel C11-511-32000003001 on County Home Road. A minimum bid has been set for Item I and III in the amount of $180.00 per acre and Item II in the amount of $220.00 per acre. Sealed bids will be received, and the bid will be awarded to the highest responsible bidder. The successful bidder for each item will enter into a three (3) year agreement with the Board of County Commissioners. The successful bidder(s) must also submit an affidavit stating that he/she has no delinquent personal property taxes charged against him/her on the General Tax List of Personal Property in Wood County, Ohio, and stating that he/she is current with any court ordered child support payments at the time this bid was submitted. The Board of County Commissioners may reject any or all of the bids. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to waive any irregularities in the form of the bid that do not affect or destroy competitive bidding.
