NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Perrysburg Township Board of Zoning Appeals hereby gives notice of a Public Hearing to consider the following: 2026-0008 (variance) Nicefor Gibel, 9706 Carnoustie Road, requests variance approval for a six (6) foot fence exceeding the maximum permitted height within a front yard established under Article VII, Section J. Fences and Hedges. Property is zoned R-1 Rural Residential District. Wood County Parcel No. P57-300-740401025000 2026-0009 (conditional use) Nicefor Gibel, 9706 Carnoustie Road, requests conditional use approval for a six (6) foot fence installed within a side yard under Article VII, Section J. Fences and Hedges . Property is zoned R-1 Rural Residential District.
