Ordinance No. 9344 Passed April 6, 2026 Tabled until 4-6-26 Public Hearing Scheduled April 6, 2026 Time 5:45pm ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF COLEMAN AVENUE AND RESERVING A UTILITY EASEMENT IN THE CITY OF BOWLING GREEN BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOWLING GREEN, OHIO: SECTION 1: That so much of Coleman Avenue, north of Birch Street, located within the City of Bowling Green, more fully described on the exhibit attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated, reserving, however, a permanent and perpetual easement to the City of Bowling Green for all current and future utilities located on said site. SECTION 2 : That parcel number B08-510- 250105076000, Coleman's Addn Inlot 4264, be expanded to include the property vacated by this Ordinance. SECTION 3: This ordinance shall take effect at the earliest time permitted by law.
