PUBLIC NOTICE SEALED STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS will be accepted by the City of Bowling Green, Ohio for Engineering and Surveying Services on the following project: Carter Park Baseball Field Lighting Phase 2 Project The City of Bowling Green seeks to contract for engineering and surveying services in connection with the above-referenced project. The City intends to enter into a contract with one design firm to perform the necessary surveying and engineering services to prepare construction drawings and specifications for the project. The selected firm will also perform technical assistance for bidding, construction administration, and observation. The project involves the removal of existing sports field lighting and installation of new sports field lighting at four baseball fields at Carter Park. It is anticipated the project will include new metal light poles and foundations, LED lighting of sports fields and public areas, electrical circuits and controls, and site restoration. Engineering firms interested in being considered for a contract to provide the required services should reply no later than 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 5, 2026 . Statements received after this deadline will not be considered. Qualification statements shall contain the information requested on the following Qualification Based Selection Statement Criteria. Any Qualification Statements not including all requested information or not updated upon request will be reason to deem a firm unqualified. 1. Provide a brief history of the firm. Include year established, type of organization and information pertaining to major areas of expertise. 2. Provide resumes for key personnel of the firm that will be involved with this project. Identify the primary key person in your firm to be contacted regarding qualification based selection. 3. List clients and relevant representative projects within the last five years. Provide a brief description and relative size of each project and client contact information. 4. Provide a description of the scope of work anticipated for this project along with an estimated number of weeks to complete design. 5. Provide any further information which may be helpful for the City of Bowling Green to determine the qualifications of the firm. As required by the Ohio Revised Code 153.65-71, responding firms will be evaluated and ranked in order of their qualifications. Following this evaluation, the City of Bowling Green, Ohio will enter into contract negotiations with the most qualified firm. The selected qualified consultant is required to submit Certificates of Insurance providing professional liability and other insurance coverage acceptable to the City prior to the execution of the contract. Statement of Qualifications shall be limited to a maximum of ten (10) double-sided 8-1/2 X 11 sheets, inclusive of all required.
