Defendants LEGAL NOTICE FOR SERVICE BY PUBLICATION To: Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Their Spouses and Creditors, Legatees, and The Fiduciary of The Estate, and Spouse and Creditors of Jeffery A. Markel, deceased you will take notice that on November 13, 2025, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for foreclosure in the Wood County Common Pleas Court, One Court House Square, Bowling Green, OH 43402, being Case No. 2025CV0807 , alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $21,954.30, plus interest at 7.50000% per annum from March 25, 2025, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of a Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 901 Richardson Street, North Baltimore, OH 45872, being permanent parcel number F23-310-360113010000 and F23-310-360113011000. Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute. Plaintiff prays that the Defendant named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law. Said Defendant is required to file an Answer on or before the 25th day of February, 2026.
