NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Perrysburg Township Board of Zoning Appeals hereby gives notice of a Public Hearing to consider the following: 2025-0131 (variance) Aaron Klar, 7300 Stargate Road, requests variance approval from Article VII, Section HH. Solar Panel for proposed installation of a 6.16KW roof mounted solar module array on a front facing roof. Per Article VII.HH.1.a.(2) “Separate flush-mounted solar panels may only be located on a rear- or side-facing roof.” Property is zoned R-3 Suburban Residential District.
