ORDINANCE NO. 9330 "As amended by substitution 12-5-25" Passed December 15, 2025 ORDINANCE AMENDING AND ADOPTING CHAPTER 33 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF BOWLING GREEN, OHIO, REGARDING EMPLOYMENT POLICES BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOWLING GREEN, OHIO, THAT: SECTION 1: Chapter 33 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Bowling Green, Ohio, is amended and adopted in accordance with the exhibit attached, all related to Employment Policies. SECTION 2: This Ordinance serves as a replacement for Chapter 33 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Bowling Green and supersedes all previous versions and/or sections. SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall take effect at the earliest time permitted by law.
