ORDINANCE NO. 9323 November 17, 2025 ORDINANCE ACCEPTING UTILITY EASEMENTS FROM NORTHWESTERN OHIO TRACTOR PULLERS ASSOCIATION INC., BOWLING GREEN BOARD OF EDUCATION, LOCK-IT-UP LLC, AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF MIDDLETON TOWNSHIP BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOWLING GREEN, OHIO THAT: SECTION 1: The City of Bowling Green hereby accepts utility easements from Northwestern Ohio Tractor Pullers Association Inc., Bowling Green Board of Education, Lock-It-Up LLC, and Board of Trustees of Middleton Township. Said Easements are in substantial conformance with the exhibits attached hereto and made a part hereof. Said Easement areas shall be dedicated to Right of Way for all SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall take effect at the earliest time permitted by law.
