RESOLUTION NO. 3893 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF (AN) APPLICATION(S) WITH THE OHIO DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR FEDERAL AND STATE GRANTS AND EXECUTING A CONTRACT WITH THE OHIO DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (ODOT) UPON PROJECT APPROVAL BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOWLING GREEN, OHIO THAT: SECTION 1: The Mayor of the City of Bowling Green, Ohio is authorized to execute and file proposal(s), application(s) and all state and federal regulatory assurances and contracts on behalf of the City of Bowling Green, Ohio with the Ohio Department of Transportation to aid in the financing of capital and operating assistance projects pursuant to 49 USC Section 5311, the Ohio Public Transportation Grant Program and any other public transportation programs as administered by ODOT. SECTION 2: The Mayor of the City of Bowling Green, Ohio is authorized to grant agreement(s) on behalf of the City of Bowling Green, Ohio with the Ohio Department of Transportation for aid in the financing of operating and capital assistance projects.
