RESOLUTION NO. 3892 RESOLUTION ADOPTING A CYBERSECURITY PROGRAM THAT SAFEGUARDS THE CITY'S DATA, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY RESOURCES TO ENSURE AVAILABILITY, CONFIDENTIALITY, AND INTEGRITY BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOWLING GREEN, OHIO THAT: SECTION 1: The City's Cybersecurity program is hereby adopted, in accordance with the attached exhibit. This program safeguards the City's data information technology, and information technology resources to ensure availability, confidentiality, and integrity. SECTION 2: This resolution shall take effect at the earliest time permitted by law.
