NOTICE The City of Bowling Green, Ohio is accepting Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms for Construction Manager at Risk services for its Public Safety Buildings project, including 2 new Fire Stations and an addition & renovation of the historic Police Building. Firms interested in being considered for a contract to provide the required services should reply with a Statement of Qualifications no later than 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 6th, 2025 . Responses received after this deadline will not be considered. This CM at Risk procurement is conducted pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 9.33 to Section 9.335. This Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") is the first phase of a two-phase procurement process as set forth in ORC Section 9.33. The City will evaluate submitted SOQs and will select those respondents it deems qualified. Only those respondents deemed qualified will be invited to submit a Proposal in response to a detailed Request for Proposals ("RFP") which will be issued in the second phase of the procurement process. Firms interested in being prequalified must demonstrate that they have prior experience as a Construction Manager utilizing CM at Risk, with projects of a similar historic age, size, complexity and type as this project as it is described further below.
