NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Perrysburg Township Board of Zoning Appeals hereby gives notice of a Public Hearing to consider the following: 2025-0069 (variance / continuation of July 15, 2025 BZA) Josh Luck of Luck Landscaping, 1907 North Reynolds Road, on behalf of Janet Lanterman and Bonita Ash, requests variance from fencing standards within Article VII, Section J. Fences and Hedges for proposed installation of a masonry wall at 29727 East River Road and 29737 East River Road. Properties are zoned R-1 Rural Residential District. Wood County Parcel Nos. P60-300-721102011500 (10.78 ac) and P60-300-721102011501 (4.54 ac). 2025-0083 (variance) Michael Short, 10335 Mandell Road, requests variance from standards within Article VII, Section B. Accessory Structures and Uses to allow for the construction of a 30 x 50 cold storage pole barn. Property is located on the south side of Mandell Road between White Road and Simmons Road. Property is zoned R-2 Suburban Residential District. Wood County Parcel No. P60-300-330402003000 (Pikeview Place Inlot 5).
