ORDINANCE NO.9285 Passed July 7, 2025 ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING INTERIM ZONING OF R-1 LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL ZONING FOR THE APPROXIMATELY 2.92 ACRES OF LAND LOCATED AT 14618 SAND RIDGE ROAD AND RECENTLY ANNEXED TO THE CITY AS PETITIONED FOR BY JTMG HOLDINGS, LTD, PETITIONER AND ANTHONY WULFF, AGENT BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOWLING GREEN, OHIO THAT: SECTION 1: The approximately 2.92 acres of land most recently annexed to the City of Bowling Green from Plain Township and located at 14618 Sand Ridge Road as petitioned for by JTMG Holdings, LTD, petitioner and Anthony Wulff, agent is hereby assigned interim zoning of R-1 Low Density Residential zoning. SECTION 2: This ordinance shall take effect at the earliest time permitted by law.
