ORDINANCE NO. 9281 Passed July 7, 2025 ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PLACEMENT OF 416 WEST WOOSTER STREET ON THE LOCAL HISTORIC REGISTER WITH HISTORIC OVERLAY ZONING AS SUGGESTED BY THE HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOWLING GREEN, OHIO THAT: SECTION 1: The Council of the City of Bowling Green, Ohio, hereby authorizes the placement of 416 West Wooster Street on the Local Historic Register with Historic Overlay Zoning as requested by the Historic Preservation Commission. SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall take effect at the earliest time permitted by law.
