PARCEL # F23-310-350117006000 Said premises known as 306 South Second Street, North Baltimore, OH 45872 Said premises appraised at One Hundred Forty-One Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($141,000.00) and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
