NOTICE The Village of Cygnet is advertising for bids/proposals for the lease of Village of Cygnet Real Estate, commonly known as "The Library." Bids must be sent to 325 Front Street, Cygnet, Ohio 43413, and bids will be accepted until 6:00 p.m. on August 1st, 2025. Bids will be opened at the regular meeting on August 4th, 2025, at 6 pm. All bids/proposals must contain the following) 1) yearly rental amount, 2) number of years that "The Library" will be rented under the proposal (maximum of three (G) years per three), 3) a business plan for *The Library." 4) qualifications of the bidder/proposer to comply with the bid/proposal, 3) design plans for any portions of "The Library" that bidder proposer wishes to modify, 6) explanation of now bidder/proposer will maintain future compliance with all laws and regulations. 7) explanation of how bidder/proposer has complied currently and in the past with all laws and regulations, and 8) explain how the bidder proposer's use of "The Library" is compatible with surrounding uses. The Village reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
