LEGAL NOTICE The City of Perrysburg, Ohio, is inviting qualified firms to submit a State of Qualifications (SOQ) for the following project: ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN FOR VARIOUS BUILDING RENOVATIONS The City of Perrysburg recently finished a Comprehensive Feasibility and Space Utilization Study that examined six (6) different buildings. The purpose of the study was to determine space needs (now and in the near future) for each of the divisions/departments currently occupying the buildings, examine the condition of the existing buildings (including all systems) and determine what improvements need to be made and which divisions/departments should be housed in each building to make work flow between the divisions/departments more efficient and to make it easier for the public to interact with the City staff. The City is now seeking Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms to provide architectural design services for the renovations for four (4) of the buildings that were part of the previous study. The City will also be selecting a Construction Manger at Risk (CM+R) delivery method for this project and the selected CM+R firm will be part of the design team and will offer input and suggestions throughout the design process. Firms interested in being considered for selection should respond by emailing a pdf copy of the SOQ to the City Engineer at bthomas@ perrysburgoh.gov by 2:00 p.m. on July 2, 2025.
