PUBLIC NOTICE TROY TOWNSHIP ZONING COMMISSION MEETING JUNE 19, 2025 at 7 PM The Troy Township Zoning Commission has received a site plan review request from Miller Diversified for Red Bug LLC (Amplex). The request is for a 3,660 sq. ft. addition to be added to the current office building located at 22690 Pemberville Rd. as an expansion to Amplex Internet business. The Zoning commission will hear this site plan review at a public meeting on Thursday, June 19, 2025 at 7:00 PM in the Troy Township Maintenance Building located at 237 Krotzer Ave., Luckey, Ohio. If time permits, the zoning commission will also discuss, change, add, amend or approve the zoning matrix and/or zoning resolutions at this meeting.
