ORDINANCE NO. 9274 Passed June 2, 2025 ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING INTERIM ZONING OF IE INNOVATION AND EMPLOYMENT ZONING FOR THE APPROXIMATELY 46.172 ACRES OF LAND LOCATED AT 12698 AND 12732 NEWTON ROAD AND RECENTLY ANNEXED TO THE CITY AS PETITIONED FOR BY ROBERT W. MAURER, AGENT AND PETITIONER BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOWLING GREEN, OHIO THAT: SECTION 1: The approximately 46.172 acres of land most recently annexed to the City of Bowling Green from Center Township and located at 12698 and 12732 Newton Road as petitioned for by Robert W. Maurer, agent and petitioner is hereby assigned interim zoning of IE Innovation and Employment zoning. SECTION 2: This ordinance shall take effect at the earliest time permitted by law.
