NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Perrysburg Township Board of Zoning Appeals hereby gives notice of a Public Hearing to consider the following: 2025-0027 (variance) Andrea Born, 29717 E. River Road, requests variance approval from Article VII, Section B. Accessory Structures and Uses to allow for proposed relocation of a 12’ x 12’ accessory structure within a front yard. Per Article VII.B.2.b.(2) “No accessory structures shall be permitted in a lot's front yard. A detached accessory structure shall not be located closer to the road right-of-way than the principal structure.” Property contains 2.87 acres of land and is zoned R-1 Rural Residential District. Said Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, April 15, 2025 at 6pm during a regular meeting of the Board of Zoning Appeals.
