City of Bowling Green ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS LEGAL NOTICE April 2, 2025 The following items will be discussed at the April 9, 2025 meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals. The Board will meet in the City Administrative Services Building at 305 North Main Street, Bowling Green, Ohio at 7:00 p.m. on the above date. VARIANCE REQUESTS Troy Sonner of Energy Land and Infrastructure, on behalf of NCO Properties, LLC, has requested the following variances: • To allow the construction of a 6 foot tall fence to extend past the front-facing elevation of the proposed principal building (corner lot), which would be 2 feet taller than allowed; and • To allow the construction of an aggregate pavement equipment staging, loading/ unloading, and display area (approximately 54,000 square feet in size), which would not be a hard, dustless surface as required. The variances would allow for the construction of a proposed heavy equipment rental facility to be located at 131 Woodgate Drive, which is an undeveloped parcel located at the northwest corner of Woodgate Drive and East Wooster Street.
