ORDINANCE NO. 9252 Passed January 21, 2025 ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING INTERIM ZONING OF IE INNOVATION AND EMPLOYMENT ZONING FOR THE APPROXIMATELY 65.62 ACRES OF LAND LOCATED SOUTH OF BOWLING GREEN ROAD EAST (EAST WOOSTER STREET) ON DIRLAM ROAD AND RECENTLY ANNEXED TO THE CITY AS PETITIONED FOR BY JAMES A. GRANDOWICZ, JR., AGENT FOR LAUREL J. KRONE, PETITIONER BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOWLING GREEN, OHIO THAT: SECTION 1: The approximately 65.62 acres of land most recently annexed to the City of Bowling Green from Center Township and located south of Bowling Green Road East (East Wooster Street) on Dirlam Road as petitioned for by James A. Grandowicz, Jr., agent for Laurel J. Krone is hereby assigned interim zoning of lE Innovation and Employment zoning. SECTION 2: This ordinance shall take effect at the earliest time permitted by law.
