Be it known that on Thursday, March 6, 2025, at 10:00 o'clock A.M., I will offer for sale, online at public auction at https://wood.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov the following described real estate, situated in the State of Ohio, County of Wood and in the Village of Risingsun to wit: Being Inlot Number 16 and 17 as shown on the Plat of said Village PARCEL # L48-412-250409003000, L48-412-250409004000 Said premises known as 111 Salem Street, Risingsun, OH 43457 Said premises appraised at Seventy-Five Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($75,000.00) and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount. Proxy bids may be submitted 14 days in advance of the sale at the website. NOTICE: No employees of the Sheriff's Office nor any of its affiliates have access to the inside of said property.
