TO any and all prospective next of kin of the Decedent: You are hereby notified that Patricia L. Diliberto died on May 21, 2025 and that the decedent's Will was admitted to probate by the Probate Court of Wood County, Ohio on November 6, 2025 and Dudley Fleming, Jr. was appointed as Fiduciary of the decedent's estate by that Court on the same date. The court is located at 1 Court House Square, Bowling Green, Ohio 43402. This notice is given, pursuant to an Order of said Court, to all persons who would be entitled to inherit from the decedent had the decedent died intestate as required by Section 2107.19 of the Ohio Revised Code, who do not Waive Notice of Probate of Will in the Probate Court. Any action to contest the validity of said Will must be brought within three months after the Fiduciary or his Attorney files a Certificate of Service of Notice of Probate of Will in the Probate Court, evidencing the giving of this Notice.
