REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS FOR ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES The Board of Wood County Commissioners is requesting Statement of Qualifications for architectural and engineering services for projects throughout the 2026 calendar year with an estimated professional design fee of less than fifty thousand dollars per Ohio Revised Code Section 153.71. The projects for 2026 are unknown at this time but could be in any or multiple areas of the following: mechanical, electrical, plumbing and/or general construction. The Statement of Qualifications must be submitted to the Board of Wood County Commissioners, Attn: Steve Blausey, Facilities Director, One Courthouse Square, 5th Floor, Bowling Green, Ohio 43402 by January 14, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Please provide (2) two hard copies of the submission.
