ANTHONY WAYNE LOCAL SCHOOLS LEGAL NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed bids to furnish and deliver three (3) regular (84) passenger school bus(es) will be received at the office of the Treasurer of the Anthony Wayne Board of Education, 9565 Bucher Road, Whitehouse, Ohio 43571 until 12:00 P.M, Thursday, April 17, 2025 and will be opened and read aloud at that time. Instruction to bidders and copies of the specifications may be obtained at the Anthony Wayne Transportation Office, 6320 Industrial Parkway, Whitehouse, Ohio 43571 . A copy of this notice is posted on the District's website at www.anthonywayne schools.org/Bidding This notice will be posted on the District's website for 2 weeks from date of posting (4/2/2025). Purchase of said buses is subject to the approval of the Anthony Wayne Board of Education. Bids will be considered by the Board of Education on a basis of price, quality and utility and in accordance with section 3313.46 of the Revised Code. The Board reserves the right to accept any part or all of any bid and to reject any and all parts of any and all bids. Kerri L.
