Resolution No. 3917 Passed October 19, 2026 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MUNICIPAL ADMINISTRATOR TO ENTER INTO A RENEWAL OF THE AGREEMENT WITH THE WOOD COUNTY PUBLIC DEFENDER BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CJ OF BOWLING GREEN, OHIO THAT: SECTION 1: The Municipal Administrator is hereby authorized to enter into a renewal of the agreement for 2027 with the Wood County Public Defender in accordance with the Agreement on file in the office of the Municipal Administrator. SECTION 2: This resolution shall take effect at the earliest time permitted by law.
