VILLAGE OF PEMBERVILLE INVITATION TO BID TIMBER HARVESTING AND SALE The Village of Pemberville (“Owner”) is accepting sealed bids for the harvesting and sale of timber located on Village-owned property on Kahler Road, Parcel No. D14-512-110000008000. Sealed bids may be mailed prior to bid opening to Morlock Forestry at 19464 State Highway 231, Nevada, Ohio, 44849, emailed to morlockforestry@gmail.com, or hand delivered to Tyler Morlock at the bid opening site the day of bid. Bids will be opened at the Village of Pemberville, 115 Main Street, Pemberville, OH 43450 at 12:00 Noon, Monday, November 2, 2026 . NOTICE: Due to a technical error the date has changed. Bids received by the deadline will be publicly opened and read aloud. All bids received after the deadline will be rejected. Scope of Work The project consists of the harvesting and sale of approximately 362 hardwood trees. The timber harvest is intended to promote the regeneration and growth of higher-quality trees and to clear an area for a potential future water well.
