NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City Council of the City of Bowling Green, Ohio, has scheduled the following Public Hearings: • At 6:10 p.m . – regarding Resolution #3912 amending and adopting Chapter 156 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Bowling Green, Ohio, regarding Access Management Policies and Guidelines • At 6:25 p.m . - regarding Ordinance #9368 amending the zoning district map of the City of Bowling Green for approximately 22 acres at the southeast corner of South Dunbridge Road and Expressway Drive, from Interstate Commercial to Institutional zoning • At 6:40 p.m. - regarding Ordinance #9370 establishing interim zoning of R-1 Low Density Residential Zoning for the approximately .84 acres of land located at 1200 Sand Ridge Road and recently annexed to the City as petitioned for by Michael Q. McNamara The hearings will be held on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, beginning at 6:10 p.m. , in the Council Chamber, City Administrative Services Building, 305 North Main Street, Bowling Green, Ohio.
