NOTICE OF INTENT TO DECLARE LEASE FORFEITED Oil and Gas lease dated February 7, 1964 between John A. Meier and Doris J. Meier, husband wife, and Kin-Ark Oil Company and recorded in Wood County, Ohio Lease Records at Volume 57, page 508 ("Lease"). RJ Carpenter Family Limited Partnership and Euler Storage & Rental, LLC, are the current owners of the real estate located on U.S. Route 25, in Perrysburg Township, Wood County, Ohio. The term of the Lease has expired as no oil or gas producing or drilling wells is occurring on the property and no royalties have been received by the owner or the prior owner. Pursuant to Section 5301.332(A)(2) of the Ohio Revised Code, the following information is being provided to Kin-Ark Oil Company as the Lessee: 1) Name of Lessee: Kin-Ark Oil Company; 2) General description of the Land: Perrysburg Township, Wood County, Ohio, Parcel Numbers P60-900-310000035000 P60-400-310000012004, P60-400-310000012510, and P60-400-310000013510; 3) Number of acres: a total of approximately 150; 4) Date of Lease: February 7, 1964; 5) Volume and Page of Lease Record: Volume 57, page 508, Wood County, Ohio Lease Records; 6) Cause of Forfeiture: Term of Lease has expired, no producing oil and gas well on the property and no royalties being received by the owner or prior owner; and 7) Lessor's Intention: Lessor intends to record an Affidavit of Forfeiture with the Wood County Recorder if the Lessee does not have the Lease released of record within thirty (30) days after the date of this publication. #505 - July 18, 25, August 1, 2026
