NOTICE TO BIDDERS (R.C. 307.87) SEALED and plainly marked bids will be received at Northwest Community Corrections Center, 1740 E. Gypsy Lane Road, Bowling Green, Ohio, 43402 until 10:00 a.m. on May 11, 2026, for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the: REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS NORTHWEST COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS HEALTH SERVICES and at said time and place, shall be publicly opened and read aloud. All information to proposers/bidders, proposal documents, and specifications for this Request are posted on the internet and may be viewed and/or obtained on Wood County's web page at: https://www.woodcountyohio.gov/bids.aspx 1. Proposals shall be deposited at the designated location prior to time and date of receipt of opening indicated in the Notice of Proposal/Bidders. Proposals will be date and time stamped upon receipt. Proposals received after the time and date for receipt of proposals will be returned unopened. 2. One (1) original and three (3) typewritten copies of the proposal must be submitted. 3. Proposals that do not meet the mandatory requirements will be considered not qualified or unresponsive. After the evaluation of the proposals and the selection of the successful Bidder, all Bidders will be notified in writing of the selected firm. 4. All proposals shall become the property of NWCCC upon submission. All Requests for Information (RFIs) and questions must be e-mailed to Katina Bostic, Executive Director, Northwest Community Corrections Center, kbostic@woodcountyohio.gov by May 5, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.. Emails must have Request for Information – RFP NWCCC Medical Services as the subject line. RFIs submitted via any other method will not receive a response.
