LEGAL NOTICE TO BIDDERS City of Waterville Building Envelope Renovations Waterville Fire Station 77 Sealed proposals will be received at the office of the Waterville City Administrator located in the Waterville Municipal Office at 25 North Second Street, Waterville Oh 43566-1492 until February 3, 2026, 2:00 pm to be opened immediately thereafter for building envelope renovations of exterior masonry walls and standing seem roof. Copies of the bid and contract documents including instructions to bidders and specifications may be obtained, upon receipt of $25.00 (twenty-five dollars) in cash or check for each printed set, from the office of Buehrer Group Architecture & Engineering, Inc.; 314 Conant Street, Maumee, Ohio 43537. Electronic documents are available at no cost. The bid and contract documents shall be on file, for inspection, at the office of Buehrer Group Architecture & Engineering, Inc. 314 Conant Street, Maumee, OH 43537. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Guarantee and Contract Bond in the amount of 100% of the bid; or a certified check; cashier’s check or letter of credit in the amount of 10% of the bid which will require a 100% Performance Bond upon award of the contract. All bids shall be submitted on forms of proposal supplied by the Architect. All bidders, by bidding, agree to pay wages not less than the minimum as determined by the State of Ohio, Department of Industrial Relations, and agree to comply with Executive Order No. 11246 of the President of the United States. The City Council, City of Waterville, reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding. No Bidder may withdraw his or her bid for a period of sixty (60) days after bid opening. A voluntary pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 am local time, on January 19, 2026, at Waterville Fire Station 77 located on 751 Waterville-Monclova Rd, Waterville, OH 43566.
