PUBLIC NOTICE Date of Notice: December 10, 2025 Name and address of facility: Reyskens Dairy LLC 19480 Cygnet Road Custar, Ohio 43511 Name of applicant: Reyskens Dairy Leasing LLC 19480 Cygnet Road Custar, Ohio 43511 Reyskens Dairy LLC 19480 Cygnet Road Custar, Ohio 43511 In accordance with OA Crule 90 1:10 - 6 -01, public notice is hereby given that the Ohio Department of Agriculture (ODA i s accepting comments and will hold an open house and public meeting for a draft Permit to Operate (PTO) renewal f or t he facility called “Reyskens Dairy LLC”, which is located at 19480 Cygnet Road, Custar, Ohio 43511, in Wood County, Jackson Township, and in the Cedar Portage watershed. If the final permits issued, the PTO would be valid for five years. The open house and public meeting will be held on January 13, 2026, in the Junior Fair Building on the Wood County Fair Grounds located at 13800 W. Poe Road, Bowling Green, Ohio 43402 (Large yellow building, enter side door). The open house will begin at 6:30 p.m. The public meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. to obtain additional information limited to the criteria applicable to the draft permit noticed herein. A recording of the public meeting will be made to ensure accuracy. Interested parties may appear and submit oral or written comments concerning the draft permit, or may submit written comments to LEPP@agri.ohio.gov or to the Ohio Department of Agriculture, Division of Livestock Environmental Permitting (DLEP), at 8995 East Main Street, Reynoldsburg, Ohio 43068. Comments must be received no later than 5:00 p.m., January 20, 2026. Comments received after January 20, 2026, will not be considered. A copy of the draft permit can be obtained by submitting a public records request using the following link: https://agri.ohio.gov/wps/portal/gov/oda/divisions/legal-office/public-records-site-area . The Division of Livestock Environmental Permitting maintains an “interested parties” list for each Ohio County as well as a statewide list for notification of all draft permits.
