VARIANCE REQUESTS Justin Herman, 904 Country Club Drive, has requested a variance to allow an already constructed 6-foot fence to remain in place, which is approximately 14 inches taller than the 6 foot maximum height allowed in the northeast corner due to the gaps from the bottom of the fence to the existing grade level.
