Defendant, Steven Tuttle, deceased, has unlawfully and forcibly detained Plaintiff, Southview Estates, LLC from possession of Lot 160. Plaintiff, Southview Estates, LLC needs to regain possession of the lot. Forcible Entry and Detainer hearing has been scheduled for December 9, 2025 at 2:30pm in Perrysburg Municipal Court.
