PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Middleton Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 29, 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Middleton Township administration building located at 21745 N. Dixie Highway, Bowling Green, OH 43402. There will be two zoning variance hearings. The first request by Jullianne Lange is for a rear yard setback variance. The applicant is asking for a 22-foot setback, rather than the required 40-feet. The property is located at 14857 Lake Winds Dr. Perrysburg, Ohio 43551. The second variance request by Patrick Yoder is for a 9-foot pond depth rather than the required 17-foot depth. This pond is located at 12310 Cross Creek Road, Bowling Green, Ohio 43402.
