NOTICE Please be advised of a Plain Township Zoning Board of Appeals meeting on Tuesday, November 11, 2025. The zoning meeting is for a Conditional Use Permit for William (Marc) Tackett of 16078 W. Poe Rd.Bowling Green, Ohio. He is applying for a Federal Firearms License (FFL) to legally operate a firearms-related business at the above address. The primary activities will include, transferring firearms, gunsmithing, and some firearms repairs. He will be following all ATF regulations, state and local laws. He is expected to generate very little minimal foot traffic. The meeting will take place at the Plain Township Hall , 15986 W. Poe Rd.
